Stylish hotel, excellent location, with close access to the airport making it a breeze for travelers and a lovely bar area to unwind with great cocktails after exploring the city.

Absolutely impeccable

Attentive staff made the experience memorable, especially with complimentary amenities like wine and a welcoming drink. The room was clean and cozy, featuring Nespresso coffee, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Proximity to shops and restaurants made it easy to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, although the street noise occasionally interrupted sleep.

The bathroom situation was a bit tricky with a curtain. you had to keep it closed to block out light, which made using the space a hassle. Controlling the room temperature proved frustrating, as it felt too hot, and opening the window only exposed me to noise from the busy street below, including the scent of smoke from outside. The dark corridors leading to the rooms might not sit well with everyone, especially if you're not a fan of low lighting.

I had a fantastic stay at Brown’s Central. The hotel exuded style with its unique decor that felt warm and inviting. My room, the Superior Double Room, featured a comfy bed and fresh linens. I particularly loved the espresso maker. it made mornings much better. The lobby bar was one of my favorite spots. The cocktails were delicious, and the staff were always happy to recommend local spots for food and drinks outside the hotel. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions in Lisbon. One downside was the mattress. it felt a bit hard for my liking. I also think the bathroom could use some more amenities like quality shampoo and conditioner instead of just body wash. The atmosphere of the hotel made up for these minor inconveniences, though. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I felt at home throughout my stay.

Super friendly staff, great location.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore Lisbon, just a short walk from the Baixa/Chiado Metro Station. The staff was really friendly and made our visit enjoyable, especially when we returned tired from sightseeing with our older kids.

My kids wished for larger rooms, as it was a bit cramped for our family. A little more space for families would be beneficial.

The room was spacious with a stunning decor that made our stay enjoyable. The cozy bar offered great drinks, and the staff were incredibly helpful. We loved the complimentary welcome drink and exploring nearby attractions. The hotel has a fantastic location for walking around the city. 🍹

Charming Oasis with Excellent Service!

I loved my stay! The quirky designs in my Junior Suite added character, while the staff's warmth made me feel at home. Enjoyed an exquisite dinner at the onsite restaurant – the seafood was fresh and delightful. Take advantage of the breakfast. it's a treat!

I stayed in a Superior Double Room for 3 nights and absolutely loved the cozy lounge bar with its tasty cocktails. The hotel also had a unique decor that made it stylish and warm. Joining the walking tour led by the lovely Bárbara was a highlight, showcasing local gems while sipping a free drink from the bar afterward.

Felt at home instantly, no reason to complain.

we stayed here for a couple of days, and it exceeded our expectations from our last trip to lisbon. the location was perfect, walking distance to great restaurants and shops. the superior double room was spacious and comfortable, and the bar area was a cozy place to unwind after a day of exploring.
